Aloha! I’m Chrys, the owner of Heal Grow Thrive Counseling Group. I was born and raised on the island of Maui and now live on Oʻahu, where I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 12 years. I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. I understand how overwhelming life can feel sometimes, and my goal is to walk alongside you—helping you gain insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
